We approached selling your home with that same level of expertise & care. We negotiated a FULL PRICE OFFER on your home (highest in the neighborhood for similar size homes) & opened escrow in 1 WEEK. In order to procure your new home (that was contingent upon selling your existing home) we had daily communication with your new home rep. to ensure all the strict deadlines and criteria were met. We negotiated extra occupancy days at no cost to you. I physically cleaned up ants & debris left after your vacancy, paid for full cleaning service & for the remaining repairs that were not completed for your buyer. We updated you verbally, via text and email, while you acknowledged receipt and confirmed all of the above. Our hard work proved successful, as you will be moving into your dream home this Dec.
